Event Registration:
We kindly ask you to register for the event by Friday, August 14.
To ensure smooth and efficient organization, please fill in the registration form as accurately as possible. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Hotel Booking:
Our reserved room block at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade (our conference venue) has now expired. If you require accommodation, please contact the hotel directly by email, and they will be happy to assist with room bookings, subject to availability and standard room rates. Travel to Serbia:
Please review this Serbian government web site for information about visa requirements for travel to Serbia. According to this web site, probably no visas will be required and citizens of some countries can also enter Serbia with their national ID cards.
If you still require a visa invitation letter, please contact jovana.vukotic@siemens.com and miomira.markovic@siemens.com to request an invitation letter before August 5, 2026.
