Event Registration:
We kindly ask you to register for the event by Friday, August 14.
To ensure smooth and efficient organization, please fill in the registration form as accurately as possible. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Hotel Booking:
Please use this hotel booking link to reserve your hotel room at a special group rate.
The hotel booking deadline is Monday, August 3.
We must surrender any unused rooms in our block after August 3. Any bookings after this date will be subject to hotel availability and normal room rates.

Travel to Serbia:
Please review this Serbian government web site for information about visa requirements for travel to Serbia. According to this web site, probably no visas will be required and citizens of some countries can also enter Serbia with their national ID cards.
If you still require a visa invitation letter, please contact jovana.vukotic@siemens.com and miomira.markovic@siemens.com to request an invitation letter before August 5, 2026.
